When heaven is the place where the soul of the people go when they die, then why others while closing the dead's eyes are sad and cry. I once heard that it is not the skin you are in that makes you what you are, it is the inner soul that lives and lingers on when you part your ways from this mortal world. If it is just the soul that lives then why be sad as it lives forever, may be not seen by blinded living beings but the eternal God.
Why i speak of it today is absolutely for a reason. As i see my own someone going away from me and my eyes getting wet and my mind recalling all the time spent with him. And thereby i stand wondering that is it my selfish desire that wants him to live more which will comfort me experiencing his presence wherein he might be happy joining his hands with fatality as equals and progressing towards novel land and under new sky to live in.
Is life after death the same? Does a soul again make a choice to walk on the path of truth or lies? Does it always feel happy and strong or is there also some sadness and vulnerability? Only if i could get answers to my questions - but if yes, if i perceive what lies beyond my range of visibility, then, i will find myself standing right at the beginning of two paths and thinking of which road to walk on and assessing 'is death the end of life or is life the end of death'
