Falling Star

I don't know which direction i have to take
or which road you will walk on.
I don't know what is written in my destiny
and what's written in yours,
But I know among these countless stars
I also have my presence right at the Zenith,
Shining, showering my wishes and blessings,
acting as a link between you and God, praying for you.
I know you'll never recognize me
as there are so many twinkling stars around you.
Your single look towards the sky makes me happy,
that moment I shine for you.
That time I burn faster just to shine more and catch your gaze.
But to my sorrow it didn't happen till today.
I know one day i will fall from the sky and before that I would pray to God,
to let me fall in front of your eyes, so that for once you look at me
and make a wish from the falling star,
and i promise I will not turn into ashes until I say,
Amen!
